Erie Innovations was founded by Zeeshan Syed in 2020 with the vision of creating a company that excels in electrical engineering and asset management. The company initially started as a small venture, but in 2024, it gained significant momentum with the addition of Neha Ejaz and Bassam Syed to the team. Neha brought her expertise in machine learning and visual anomaly detection, while Bassam contributed his deep knowledge of technology and data science.
Company's vision is to position itself as a leader in the industry, offering specialized services like arc flash studies, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies. Erie Innovations is also developing its flagship product, Asset Life, a cutting-edge Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that leverages AI for predictive analysis and asset optimization.

ZEESHAN SYED
Zeeshan Syed is a Professional Engineer with over a decade of experience in Electrical Power Systems. With a deep understanding of power systems, Zeeshan has led numerous successful projects, including complex arc flash studies, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies. His vision for Erie Innovations is to merge traditional engineering with modern technology to provide comprehensive solutions that meet the highest industry standards.
NEHA EJAZ
Neha Ejaz is an expert in Machine learning and visual anomaly detection. She holds a master’s degree from Ontario Tech University, where she focused on applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems. At Erie Innovations, Neha spearheads the development of AI-driven tools and technologies, ensuring that the company’s offerings are at the forefront of innovation and capable of meeting the evolving needs of their clients.
BASSAM SYED
Bassam Syed is a technology specialist with a strong foundation in Engineering and Data Science. He earned his bachelor’s degree from NED University of Engineering Technology and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Data Science from Western University. Bassam’s expertise in technology and data science is instrumental in the development of Erie Innovations’ flagship software, Asset Life, which incorporates advanced AI/ML for predictive analysis and asset management.
